Some experts believe that it is better for children to begin learning a foreign language at primary school rather than secondary school. Do the advantages of this outweigh the disadvantages?

Since globalization becomes a familiar concept of many people on over the world. It leads to huge needs of learning foreign languages. Therefore, there is an increasing trend of sending children to learn a foreign language when they are even at primary school as their parents want them to master after graduating from school. There are some arguments around when should the children learn a foreign languages at primary or secondary school. In my opinion, learning a foreign language at primary school will be more advantage than disadvantage.
